Nava supporting remote work from Missouri and Nevada

This move enables us to deliver on our mission by sourcing the best talent from across the U.S. and by ensuring a more diverse talent pool.

We’re excited to announce that we now support Nava employees working from Missouri and Nevada in addition to the 27 states and districts we currently support working from. This is a strategic move to enhance our candidate sourcing capabilities, diversify our applicant pool, and support our expanding talent requirements. 

“As Nava grows and takes on more mission-aligned work, it’s crucial that we bring on the best talent from across the country,” said Elle Moïse, Nava’s Director of Talent Acquisition. “It’s also important for our workforce to reflect the diversity of the populations we serve, which is why we want to open up hiring to as many qualified candidates as possible.” 

In addition to Missouri and Nevada, Nava currently supports remote work from Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin. We also offer offices in New York City, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco.
