Nava wins prime award supporting Massachusetts’ IT projects

We will join a pool of vendors helping the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on a variety of projects aimed at improving experiences for the state’s constituents.

Nava is pleased to announce that we’ve won a place on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ ITS81 contract vehicle, a 10-year, $470 million vehicle which aims to source highly qualified vendors for IT projects. This win enables us to bid on work helping Massachusetts with enterprise data management (EDM) data analytics, software operations and support services, and human-centered design and development.

“As a public benefit corporation with a mission to make government services simple, effective, and accessible to all, we’re honored to join this pool of vendors that will partner with Massachusetts on crucial IT projects,” said Luqman Green, Senior Client Solutions Manager for Nava’s State Portfolio. “We’ll draw from our deep expertise to help Massachusetts deliver excellent experiences to its constituents.”

This win extends our longstanding commitment to delivering for Massachusetts. For nearly five years, we’ve partnered with Massachusetts to help build, operate, and expand their first ever paid family and medical leave (PFML) program. Since its launch in 2021, the program has paid out more than $2.5 billion in benefits and supported nearly 300,000 unique claimants and their families. We also worked with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) on design recommendations for an integrated benefits portal. Finally, we supported EOTSS and several other Massachusetts state agencies on improving experiences with the state’s digital tools.
