The Nava Labs team is testing decision support tools that use generative AI to help benefits navigators such as caseworkers and call center specialists to utilize when helping families identify and enroll in public assistance programs.
In this session we'll share how we developed early experiments to test and prototype AI-powered tools across the enrollment journey from assisting with eligibility screening, to reviewing required documentation, and summarizing client calls into detailed case notes. You’ll learn how we set up experiments to explore multiple AI use cases and what we learned from initial testing.
