This past year, we helped expand access to paid family and medical leave (PFML) benefits in Massachusetts, we worked to prepare our public health system for the next pandemic, we drove advancements in AI for public benefits, and much, much more. Throughout all of the work described in this report, we delivered on one mission: making government services simple, effective, and accessible to all.

The successes and milestones we celebrated this year were only possible because we understand that every level of government service delivery is interconnected.
